Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are considering the introduction of a school transport facility for students. To assess interest and plan routes effectively, we are inviting parents to fill out an Expression of Interest Form.

Please note the following:

• The service will be managed by a third-party transport vendor, monitored by the school, and will comply with vehicle and driver safety standards guided by the school.
• This form does not guarantee seat allotment—it is for planning purposes only.
• Tentative monthly charges per route are listed within the form. Final pricing may vary depending on vendor quotation and route feasibility.
• Routes and stops will be finalized based on demand, and services will only be initiated on routes where minimum viable interest is observed.
• The phone number provided may be shared with the authorized transport vendor for coordination and safety communication only.

We request you to submit the filled form by 20th June 2025.

Please note that those who have admitted their wards to the Calcutta Girls High School , Asansol in the academic year 2025 - 2026 are to submit their transfer certificate from their previous school to Calcutta Girls High school , Asansol school office by 18th June 2025 .

Along with the schedules, a separate sheet containing the full forms of subject abbreviations is also available for reference. Kindly ensure that you download both the class-specific schedule and the subject full form sheet.
